a new title

Last Tuesday I sat for my state board nursing examination. The NCLEX! That's the BIG exam nursing students look forward to/dread all through school.

I was nervous that morning. I arrived early, happy to see a handful of other students from my class.
When I left, felt very uneasy about how I did... really did not feel confident in my answers.

In spite of my doubts, I found out Thursday I PASSED!! Celebrated all weekend with my family up north at Opa & Maren's cottage where we were all enjoying some R & R.

I have to say I felt a new sense of responsibility. I now have this new title, these long-sought-after letters behind my name.

And, today it has truly become official! I received my RN license from the licensing office in Lansing, MI. :-) this is me smiling.

So very thankful and relieved. God has been faithful and good throughout this journey to today. I give to Him all glory and honor.
