Spring collage

I began writing this post after Easter as a way to update on life in my little world. Now a few months have come & gone and life keeps rolling, so some of these pictures and blurbs are old, but I will add a new post again before too long.

We got snow on April 15 here in Southeast Michigan - which gave us a record snow fall this winter!

EASTER Sunday - celebrating Jesus' resurrection from the grave and the new life we have in Him.
We enjoyed a family dinner with friends too, at my parents abode. Complete with ham, turkey, salad, and little "bird nests" for dessert.

Springtime has come! My Mom planted some lovely pansies in pots.

A gift to my Mother. Just because.

Ladies bible study. This year we studied the gospel of John and a book called I AM changes who i am by Gregg Matte. These are some of the ladies on the last day we met, last Friday, until we begin a new study in September. We are a diverse group of women growing in grace & knowledge together.

In March I went with Global Health Outreach (GHO) to NEPAL (in case you don't know where that is, it is a small country tucked between India and China, in South Asia).

(I missed this guy a bit while I was away - so thankful for him)

The day our team arrived in Kathmandu - we were welcomed with lays. It is Nepali tradition.

Some of the young people from the church we worked alongside all week at the clinic.
